IntroLINK heet alle studenten welkom die nieuw zijn (schooljaar 2026/2027) bij Built Environment en Logistiek! Zo ook uitwisselingsstudenten, instroomstudenten, etc.

IntroLINK is absoluut geen ontgroening! Het programma draait om plezier maken, elkaar leren kennen en teambuilding. De introductieweek wordt georganiseerd door medewerkers en studenten van Breda University of Applied Sciences die jouw veiligheid als hoogste prioriteit hebben.
Door te klikken op de groene button onderaan de pagina ‘SCHRIJF JE NU IN!’ kom je bij de registratiepagina terecht. Hier vul je de gestelde vragen in en als alles goed is gegaan krijg je een bevestigingsmail op je BUas mail (nummer@buas.nl).
Let op! Om de introductieweek te kunnen bijwonen, moet je een geregistreerde BUas-student zijn.
De kosten voor deelname aan IntroLINK 2026 bedragen € 170,-. Hiervoor krijg je leuke activiteiten, een eigen introductieshirt (die je mag houden:)), diverse maaltijden en een plaats om te overnachten. Alleen de kosten voor drankjes en extra snacks die je tijdens de introductie koopt, zijn niet in de prijs inbegrepen.
Je kan je tot uiterlijk dinsdag 25 augustus, 12:00 uur aanmelden voor de IntroLINK 2026. En afmelden kan tot en met 24 augustus, 12:00 uur.
Om de introductieweek te kunnen bijwonen, moet je een geregistreerde BUas-student zijn.
Let op: je inschrijving dient afgerond te zijn voor te studeren aan de BUas (diploma behaald / betaling geregeld via Studielink). Als je inschrijving niet is afgerond, dan mag je geen gebruik maken van de BUas studiefaciliteiten en wordt je geblokkeerd. Je zult dan niet worden ingedeeld in een klas, je hebt ook geen recht op onderwijs van BUas en je kunt dan ook niet participeren aan IntroLINK 2026.
De deadline voor in te schrijven voor de introductieweek zelf is 25-08-2026 tot 23:59. Hiervoor dien je nog los deze kosten te betalen (€170).

Deelname aan IntroLINK is niet verplicht, maar wordt vanuit Breda University of Applied Sciences wel sterk aangeraden. De introductieweek is dé start van jouw studententijd en zorgt ervoor dat je je klas- en studiegenoten leert kennen en goed voorbereid aan jouw studie gaat beginnen.
Nee, het is alleen mogelijk om jezelf aan te melden voor het volledige programma van IntroLINK 2026. Indien je later aankomt bij de introductie of eerder de introductie moet verlaten, moeten alsnog de volledige kosten voor deelname (€170) betaald worden.
Het is niet mogelijk om tussentijds IntroLINK te verlaten en later weer terug te komen. Wanneer je ervoor kiest om de introductie tussentijds te verlaten, is verdere deelname niet meer mogelijk.
Je krijgt jouw studentnummer in een e-mail toegestuurd door Breda University of Applied Sciences. Deze wordt naar je gestuurd zodra je voldoet aan de daarvoor benodigde aanmeldingseisen. De mail wordt verstuurd naar het e-mailadres dat je hebt ingevuld in Studielink. In deze e-mail staat ook het wachtwoord waarmee je bijvoorbeeld in jouw studentenmail (studentnummer@buas.nl) of bij more.buas.nl kan inloggen.
Heb je allergieën en/of dieetwensen waar wij rekening mee moeten houden? Dan heb je de mogelijkheid om dit aan ons door te geven in het inschrijfformulier tijdens het registreren. Vergeet ons niet te vertellen wat voor soort allergie het is (allergie of intolerantie). Heb je jezelf al geregistreerd en heb je dit niet doorgegeven? Stuur dan een mail naar introlink@buas.nl. Ons team zal er samen met ons Catering team voor zorgen dat je passende alternatieve maaltijden krijgt.
Het is niet toegestaan om zelf eten of drinken te bestellen tijdens IntroLINK. De organisatie zorgt ervoor dat er voldoende maaltijden en snacks aangeboden worden. Het meenemen van verpakte tussendoortjes (zoals energierepen,koeken) of een plastic flesje water is wel toegestaan.
Tijdens IntroLINK kan je betalen met PIN, cash of met een creditcard.
Wij zorgen ervoor dat er faciliteiten aanwezig zijn waar je kosteloos jouw mobiele telefoon kan opladen. Wij raden wel aan om een powerbank mee te nemen naar de introductie.
Nee je hebt geen fiets nodig tijdens IntroLINK.
IntroLINK 2026 zal beginnen op de campus van Breda University of Applied Sciences op dinsdag 01-09-2026. Vanaf hier vertrekken we naar de locatie waar we de rest van de week zullen verblijven. Op vrijdag 04-09-2025 eindigt de introductieweek weer in Breda.
Omdat we beginnen op het campus terrein van de BUas moet je hier naartoe reizen. Het adres is Monseigneur Hopmansstraat 2, 4817 JS Breda.
Wanneer je reist met het OV kun je vanaf Station Breda het beste buslijn 7 of 8 pakken bij bushalte U en na 5 minuten kun je uitstappen bij bushalte St. Ignatiusstraat. Dan sta je direct voor BUas en heb je IntroLINK gevonden!
Wanneer je met de auto wordt afgezet, is er een Kiss and Ride geopend voor deze dag op de parkeerplaats van BUas op de campus. Er zullen dan verkeersregelaars staan om je de goede richting op te wijzen. We raden het af om zelf met de auto te komen, er is op de campus van BUas geen gelegenheid om je auto hier tijdens IntroLINK te parkeren.
We gaan op dinsdag met de bus vanaf BUas naar de introductielocatie, je spullen gaan dus mee in de bus. Dit is ook het geval op vrijdag, dan gaan we wederom met de bus van de introductielocatie naar Breda. Het is daarom belangrijk dat je een koffer of tas meeneemt die volledig afgesloten kan worden en waar je naam duidelijk op zichtbaar is. Op die manier voorkom je dat je persoonlijke spullen kwijtraakt wanneer de bagage verplaatst wordt.
Tijdens IntroLINK geldt NIX18. Het is verboden voor deelnemers/bezoekers die jonger zijn dan 18 jaar om alcoholische dranken te kopen, aan te nemen of te nuttigen.
Roken is alleen toegestaan op de daarvoor aangewezen en ingerichte plekken. Dat geldt ook voor e-sigaretten. Daarbij geldt NIX18. Het is verboden voor deelnemers/bezoekers die jonger zijn dan 18 jaar om te roken.
Het bezitten van, handelen in of gebruiken van soft- en/of harddrugs is ten strengste verboden tijdens IntroLINK. Bij overtreding wordt de beveiliging gealarmeerd en de studiecoach en/of opleidingscoördinator hierover geïnformeerd. Bij het handelen in soft- en/of harddrugs wordt ook de politie gealarmeerd.
Alleen deelnemers van de introductieweek (die hebben betaald), gasten/partners die uitgenodigd zijn door de organisatie of leveranciers hebben toegang tot de introductielocatie van IntroLINK. Hierop wordt gehandhaafd door de organisatie.
Heb je jezelf aangemeld voor een Nederlandstalige opleiding? Dan zal binnen jouw klas Nederlands gesproken worden en volg je programmaonderdelen over het algemeen (maar niet uitsluitend) in het Nederlands. Ga je een Engelstalige opleiding doen? Dan communiceer je binnen jouw klas in het Engels en worden de programmaonderdelen in het Engels aangeboden. Omdat Breda University of Applied Sciences een internationale hogeschool is, zal er tijdens de Nederlandstalige introductie ook Engels gesproken worden.
Jazeker, de introductielocatie is toegankelijk voor mindervaliden. Op zowel de BUas campus als op de introductielocatie is een mindervalidentoilet aanwezig. Daarnaast zorgen we voor verharde looppaden op het terrein.

Het is niet toegestaan om tijdens IntroLINK foto’s of video’s te maken voor promotionele doeleinden, tenzij anders overeengekomen of gecommuniceerd met de organisatie. Het maken van foto’s of video’s voor eigen gebruik is toegestaan. Wij maken zelf foto’s en video’s, deze worden na de introductie gepubliceerd op onze social mediakanalen (hiervoor heb je toestemming gegeven).

IntroLINK is absolutely not hazing! The program is all about having fun, getting to know each other, and team building. The introduction week is organized by staff and students of Breda University of Applied Sciences who have your safety as their top priority.

Here you fill in the required questions and if everything has gone well you will receive a confirmation email at your BUaS email. Please note! To attend the introduction week, you must be a registered BUaS student.
The cost for participating in IntroLINK 2026 is €170. For this you get fun activities, your own introduction shirt (which you get to keep :)), various meals, and a place to stay overnight. Only the costs for drinks and extra snacks that you purchase during the introduction are not included in the price.

If your enrollment is not completed, you may not use BUaS study facilities and will be blocked. You will not be placed in a class, you are not entitled to education from BUaS, and you will not be able to participate in IntroLINK 2026. Participation in IntroLINK is not mandatory, but is strongly recommended by Breda University of Applied Sciences. The introduction week is the start of your student life and ensures that you get to know your classmates and fellow students and begin your studies well prepared.
No, it is only possible to register for the full program of IntroLINK 2026. If you arrive later at the introduction or need to leave earlier, the full participation costs (€170) must still be paid.
You will receive your student number in an email sent by Breda University of Applied Sciences. This will be sent to you once you meet the required enrollment conditions. The email will be sent to the email address you entered in Studielink. This email also contains the password with which you can log in to your student email (studentnumber@buas.nl) or at more.buas.nl.
Do you have allergies and/or dietary requirements that we need to take into account? You will have the opportunity to inform us of these in the registration form during sign-up. Don’t forget to tell us what type of allergy it is (allergy or intolerance). Have you already registered and did not pass this on? Then send an email to introlink@buas.nl. Our team will work together with our catering team to ensure you receive suitable alternative meals.
It is not permitted to order your own food or drinks during IntroLINK. The organization ensures that sufficient meals and snacks are provided. Bringing pre-packaged snacks (such as energy bars, cookies) or a plastic bottle of water is permitted.
During IntroLINK you can pay by PIN, cash, or credit card.
IntroLINK 2026 will begin on the campus of Breda University of Applied Sciences on Tuesday 01-09-2026. From here we will travel to the venue where we will stay for the rest of the week. On Friday 04-09-2026 the introduction week ends back in Breda.
We will ensure that facilities are available where you can charge your mobile phone free of charge. We do recommend bringing a power bank to the introduction.
Since we start on the BUaS campus grounds you need to travel here. The address is Monseigneur Hopmansstraat 2, 4817 JS Breda. If you are travelling by public transport from Breda Station, it is best to take bus line 7 or 8 at bus stop U and after 5 minutes you can get off at bus stop St. Ignatiusstraat. You will then be right in front of BUaS and will have found IntroLINK! If you are being dropped off by car, a Kiss and Ride will be open on this day in the BUaS campus car park. Traffic marshals will be present to point you in the right direction. We advise against coming by car yourself, as there is no opportunity to park your car on the BUaS campus during IntroLINK.
No, you do not need a bicycle during IntroLINK.
On Tuesday we will travel by bus from BUaS to the introduction venue, so your belongings will travel with you on the bus. This is also the case on Friday, when we will again travel by bus from the introduction venue to Breda. It is therefore important that you bring a suitcase or bag that can be fully closed and on which your name is clearly visible. This way you prevent losing your personal belongings when the luggage is moved.
During IntroLINK the NIX18 policy applies. It is prohibited for participants/visitors under the age of 18 to purchase, accept, or consume alcoholic beverages.
Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. This also applies to e-cigarettes. The NIX18 policy applies here as well. It is prohibited for participants/visitors under the age of 18 to smoke.
The possession of, dealing in, or use of soft and/or hard drugs is strictly prohibited during IntroLINK. In case of a violation, security will be alerted and the study coach and/or program coordinator will be informed. In the case of dealing in soft and/or hard drugs, the police will also be alerted.
Only participants of the introduction week (who have paid), guests/partners who have been invited by the organization, or suppliers have access to the IntroLINK introduction venue. This is enforced by the organization.
Have you registered for a Dutch-taught program? Then Dutch will be spoken within your class and you will follow program components generally (but not exclusively) in Dutch. Are you doing an English-taught program? Then you will communicate within your class in English and program components will be offered in English. Because Breda University of Applied Sciences is an international university of applied sciences, English will also be spoken during the Dutch-taught introduction.
Absolutely, the introduction venue is accessible for people with disabilities. Both the BUaS campus and the introduction venue have a disabled toilet available. We also ensure paved walkways on the grounds.
